Fulfillment
Since 2001 OfficeDepot Reliance continues to be the
only company in India to provide a comprehensive
national fulfillment solution through in-house
and warehousing capabilities. eOfficePlanet has
distribution centers, which include own
warehouses, delivery fleet and local
distribution in Ahmedabad (September 2007),
Bangalore, Chandigarh (July 2007), Chennai,
Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kolkota, Mumbai, Navi
Mumbai, Noida (July 2007), Pune and
Sriperumbudur SEZ (August 2007).
Procurement
OfficeDepot Reliance has deployed sophisticated SRM
tools that enable a comprehensive approach to
Procurement through best-of-breed purchasing
practices across the procure-to-pay cycle. These
systems enable us to continually evaluate and
update, a large national vendor base over
multiple product and service categories, across
a price/quality spectrum. A robust feedback
process ensures that we only work with reliable
and high-quality product and service providers.
Catalog Management
Catalog Management functionality is an integral
aspect of our proprietary ERP solution. These
tools allow us to quickly and efficiently
develop, manage and deliver dynamic product
catalogs allowing us to robustly and
systematically respond to our customers ever
increasing and changing product needs.
Technology
OfficeDepot Reliance boasts of a state-of-the-art
technology infrastructure to support its
‘line-of-business’ activities and ensure
real-time response to customer needs. All our
offices have real-time, online access to our
enterprise applications which are run on a
dedicated server cluster, through a secured
enterprise network with dedicated fire walling
and authentication servers.
